We are proud to offer this extensive and natural property in the unicorporated area of Santa Clarita (Northern part of LA County). Surrounded by the Angeles National Forest to the North and West, Summerhill Equestrian Center started as a horse boarding facility in 1988. Starting with 20 acres and growing to over 120 acres, the native landscape of steep hills and deep draws are covered with sage, cottonwoods, sycamores and oaks. The seasonal North Branch of the Santa Clara River runs across the front of the ranch that offers its own touch to the surrounding hills, ridges and draws. There are private dirt roads and horse trails connecting the properties.Our facility is located just outside of Santa Clarita. We have a private entrance off San Francisquito Canyon Road to minimize impact to neighbors. We have plenty of large open areas for crew parking, base camp, additional equipment, etc. WiFi is also available.
