 Patti Cromer
Patti started out in the 60's riding and driving American Saddlebreds. She rode for
many years at Foxfield Riding School.
She went to England and attended certified teaching programs (BHSAI and Pony Club
A). Returning from England, she continued teaching, training and showing in California.
Several of her students became Medal Winners.
In 1976, Patti rode in the USET trials for show jumping. For the next five years
she focused on Dressage, showing through the Third Level.
She has always continued teaching, her own kids becoming competitive riders winning
multiple championships in Hunters and Cutting Horses. Patti is also a Carded (CSHA)
Judge in Saddle Seat, Hunt Seat and Western Divisions.
Philip Klipa - Marlay Farms
Trained with George Morris.
Assistant to Karen Healy. Philip offers excellent training for Juniors and Amateurs
along with providing equal attention to those who do not show. Located at Summerhill
Equestrian Center.
 Lessons
Lessons are available from beginning to advanced riding. Whether you are interested
in Hunters, Jumpers, Dressage or Western, we can help you reach your goals.
Summerhill offers a safe environment for both horse and rider to begin or continue
their training. Our facilities are well lighted, and our arenas provide proper footing
for the horse.
Lesson horses are available on a limited basis, and are also offered to lease or
purchase.
Training
At Summerhill Equestrian Center, we will work with you and your horse to achive the
goals you're looking for. Our training programs are designed around what you want
to accomplish with your horse. The key to sucess is consistency and patience.  We can
customise a training program to fit your needs and keep within a budget you are comfortable
with.
Horses in our training program are treated as individuals; each horse will have its
own time requirements while in training. We do not believe horses should be pushed
faster than they are physically or mentally able to handle so we develop individual
programs to reach the goals of both the horse and the owner.
